The purpose of my visit was to unwind and experience the charm of Riobamba. I found the hotel to be exceptional in every aspect, but the spa & wellness centre truly stood out. The serene atmosphere and the comprehensive wellness offerings provided a perfect escape, enhancing my relaxation. The attention to detail in both service and room comfort, particularly the spacious accommodations and comfortable pillows, further contributed to a delightful stay. I left with a sense of gratitude for the memorable experience and the outstanding hospitality extended by the staff.
